Message	you would need to see the car with most if not all the interior removed in order to get a good assessment of the water damage. The nissan store I worked at in college had a real dipshit as a buyer and he bought some flood damaged vehicles, altimas, the telltale signs I saw was rust in places that shouldnt be rusting under the hood, firewall, and the seatbolts as well as the bolts holding the seatbelts. I would imagine if the interior was stripped it would have shown tons of rust. I hated that damn job.
